Micing up nylon string instruments can be difficult, and given the wide rage of products on the market, knowing what’s good, can really help. Over the years I’ve tried out many different mics, but recently I’ve started exclusively using DPA Microphones. Specifically, I use a d’vote 40 99G instrument mic. DPA are a superb company who produce some of the best quality concert and studio microphones in the world!
