Flamenco Essentials

In the spirit of community, Samuel Moore will be hosting a new FREE series of online events during February 2021 called 'Flamenco Essentials’.

What Is ‘Flamenco Essentials‘?

Hosted on Zoom, these gatherings are for fans of flamenco who want to connect with likeminded people from across the globe and discuss / discover more about flamenco!

During each gathering, once you’ve all had time to say hello, Samuel will highlight a specific subject related to flamenco and will share his insights with you. Each subject will then be thrown open to the group for an interactive discussion / Q&A.

Samuel plans to cover a wide range of topics during these events, from how flamenco works and where it comes from, to who the greatest practitioners are. We’ll even look at how the different musical forms (palos) work and explore how the dancer, guitarist and singer interact when performing!

By combining live guitar performances, demonstrations and explanations from Samuel, alongside interactive discussions, Q&As and listening sessions ‘Flamenco Essentials’ is a great way to discover more about flamenco and connect with a global community who share your passion!

When Are These Events Happening?

Monday the 8th of February 2021 (7-8pm GMT) marks the start of this new series of fortnightly events. You are warmly invited to attend and get involved!
